Great take on it Eric. The whole thing has been a mess from start to finish. It really emphasises the capabilities and limitations Blog you gave from a while back. Talking to other indutstry professionals there is now a huge gulf between “us and them” i.e. the rest of the industry and G4S. My own little opinion? Bigger is not always better! If you commit to a project then you had better follow through on it or, like you say, make the hard choice to pass the ball to someone who can.
Oh and please keep the 2 old ladies from Wimbledon! They’re great and remind me of my Granny! Keep up the good work.

Always timely, just serves to prove the point “big or small knowing your capabilities is great, but knowing your limitations is what insures success.”
